Laure Deltin, founder of The Deltin Law Firm, LLC, brings a dual international legal background and nearly two decades of firsthand immigration experience to her work. Before becoming a U.S. attorney, she herself went through every stage of the process — arriving in Florida on an investor visa, renewing it several times, obtaining permanent residency, and ultimately becoming a U.S. citizen.
This personal journey fuels her commitment to treat every client’s case with the same empathy, dedication, and perseverance that guided her own.
ABOUT
Attorney Laure Deltin, Doctor of Business Law, is both a lawyer admitted to the Marseille Bar and an Attorney at Law in the United States. She is the founder of The Deltin Law Firm, LLC, a boutique practice dedicated to American and French immigration law.
Laure ’s commitment to immigration law is deeply personal. Eighteen years ago, she came to the United States with her family under an investor visa, beginning a journey that would shape both her professional path and her understanding of the human side of immigration.
Over the years, she has personally experienced each step of the process — visa renewals, employer sponsorship for a green card, and finally, the long-awaited moment of U.S. citizenship.
Because she has lived this journey herself, Laure understands the stress, uncertainty, and emotional weight that comes with immigration procedures. This empathy drives her to guide each client with patience, transparency, and genuine care.
With a Doctorate in Business Law (Ph.D.) and an LL.M. in American Law, Laure combines academic rigor with nearly two decades of hands-on experience to provide strategic, tailored, and compassionate counsel. She represents individuals, investors, and businesses in all areas of U.S. immigration law.
She also assists foreign nationals with immigration matters in France, bridging both sides of the Atlantic.
For Laure , immigration law is not just a profession — it is a calling born from lived experience, rooted in the belief that every immigration journey tells a story of courage, resilience, and hope.
Laure is a proud member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the French-American Chamber of Commerce, where she remains actively involved in the transatlantic business and legal community.
